The project completed in 1999 is first successful accomplishment of “5 Port Network in 1 MCC” solution in china, which includes AVAYA DEFINITY G3R system, 5 MCC cabinets, 19 Port Network, over 1000 contact center agents and 40 E1 trunks. Peter Shi participated in whole project implementation as project manager.
 
Intel Shanghai WaiGaoQiao
This is very complicated project to setup Intel global voice private network system in china. Peter Shi leaded this project on implementation and cutover. As key person of project implementation team in china, Peter Shi had close communication with Intel global team to assure success of project upon well cooperation. The project was implemented from 1997 to 2006 in a planed succession which includes AVAYA S8710 system, 7 MCC cabinet, 7 Port network, over 4000 extension lines, 28 E1 trunks and INTUTITY AUDIX MAP100 system.
 
Intel Asia Pacific R&D Center
As senior consultant at WAYCOM Technology, Peter Shi designed local system solution tailored with client requires as well as proposed completed implementation plan to ensure successful accomplishment of project taking on the role of project manager. The project completed in 2005 is partial of Intel global voice private network system buildup, which includes AVAYA S8700 system, 2 MCC cabinets, 2 port network, over 1500 extension lines, 11 E1 trunks and INTUITY AUDIX MAP100 system.

As senior consultant and account manager of Citigroup, Phil Chen designed solution and managed whole implementation. His contributions on this successful accomplishment were highly appreciated by principal and client, and he was also awarded prize in acknowledgement of his excellent performance in this project by Citigroup.

Phil Chen participated in this important and complicated project as key member of project. His solid knowledge of product and solution contributed in reliable design for client to establish Intel global voice private network system to sustain efficient business operation healthily. Sean Sima took full role of management for DHL china contact center project. His strong skills on project management brought on successful accomplishment. In this project, Sean led team to establish an extensive contact center network of 3 district centers and 11 branch centers for DHL China. The project included setup of AVAYA S8700 system, SCC cabinet, over 300 agents and 12 E1 trunks.
 
CCB (China Construction Bank) Beijing Contact Center
Sean Sima was project manager in this case. The implementation plan of project he proposed guaranteed project accomplished successfully. His detailed plan and intense concentration on performing each step enables project implemented smoothly. The project was completed in 2004 and includes setup of AVAYA S8700 system, SCC cabinets, over 300 contact center agents and 12 E1 trunks.

Citigroup CITI Tower
WAYCOM Technology provided comprehensive communication system solution to Citigroup CITI Tower in 2005. The solution spanned whole enterprise telecom infrastructure of IPPBX, contact center and related applications. By integrating advanced AVAYA IP telephony/contact center technology and professional NICE recording system, WAYCOM Technology cooperated with client to establish efficient enterprise communication system to facilitate development of business. As key person of project team, Henry Jin participated in whole project implementation and made the great effort to ensure project success.
