2005 Citibank-AVAYA-WAYCOM Annual Workshop

2005 Citibank – AVAYA – WAYCOM Technology Annual Workshop was held successfully in Suzhou from 12/09/2005 to 12/11/2005. The people from AVAYA, Citibank and WAYCOM Technology participated in this workshop. In the workshop, all participants had in-depth discussion on AVAYA product and technical service, and construction, maintenance, expansion of Citibank voice system, and outlook for cooperation in coming year. In the mean time, by presenting commemoration each other for Citibank SH Tower Grand Opening Celebration, three firms stated “One goal, One Voice, One Team” to strengthen tripartite partnership.
 
As AVAYA authorized Convergent communication system integrator, upon the theme of “Service at Citibank”, WAYCOM Technology focused on introduction and analysis of technical solution and service on Citibank voice system in this session. Meanwhile, AVAYA sales team presented their perspectives in terms of position, penetration and outlook of AVAYA product and service in the marketplace, and also Citibank TI team shared their observations in regard to their obtained service.
 
In a free and cordial atmosphere, three entities reviewed performance of service on AVAYA product and project at Citibank in last year as well as had the systematical and practicable outlook for coming cooperation.
