Job description:
1.Outsource to DELL in Xia Men as onsite engineer after certain time training in shanghai
2.Provide technical support of DELL AVAYA system as onsite engineer
3.Responsible for routine maintenance and daily operation support of DELL AVAYA system as onsite engineer
4.Responsible for implementation of DELL AVAYA system project around china
5 Provide necessary support to other customers upon business requirement
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in telecommunication, computer science or related majors
2.Preference with local Xia Men people
3.Experience in telecom industry preferred
4.Computer hardware knowledge required
5.Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocol
6.Familiar with MS OS and office tools7.Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral
8.A quick learner, willing to travel and work under pressure with self-motivation
9.Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
