Job descriptions:
- Supervise company operations on staffing, HR planning, recruitment and selection process, compensation & benefits, employee relations and employees’ career development
- Set up, review and rectify operational process and program of company constructively and keep healthy structure of the HR department
- Be a harmonizer of staff when they face any problems
- Working closely together with Management Director to execute all tasks effectively and efficiently
- Ensure firm polices and team tasks are complied and make executions effectively with the team
- Provide proposals and suggestions for different tasks
- Propose interview program and Conduct a certain of interviews
- Consummate staff performance evaluation and welfare program
- Provides appropriate recommendations for resolution of diverse or complex issues based on accurate interpretation of HR policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above or appropriate professional qualification in Human Resources management or related
- Preferably with 2 years HR experience in overseas or multinational companies
- Adept in HR practices and projects
- Good command of related local government HR policies and regulations
- Good communication skills/interpersonal skills/Presentation skills/Team Work spirit
- Abilities to work effectively with various levels of people in all parties concerned
- Be able to develop team work and motivate team members to achieve results in their jobs
- Abilities to build spiral and competitive people systems
- Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral
