Job description:
- Maintain and develop customer relations to promote business effectively
- Resolve outstanding customer issue collaborated with service team
- Initialize quotation and prepare contract of maintenance, service and lease
- Negotiation with customer to ensure renewal of maintenance and service contract
- Maintain customer database and related contract
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above from famous universities, majored in telecommunication, business administration, or other related majors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Like challenging work and willing to travel
- Strong expectation for success and self-motivation
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral
- Familiar with MS office tools
