Job description:
- Implement installation of system and project complying with customer timeline
- Routine Maintenance to ensure reliability and performance of customers’ systems
- Provide onsite or remote trouble shooting and repair equipment timely to minimize downtime of customers’ systems
- Propose customized configuration of system and solution collaborate with sales team
- Acquire proficiency in related products to be entitled with official principal certificates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in telecommunication, computer science or related majors
- Experience in telecom industry preferred
- Computer hardware knowledge required
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocol
- Familiar with MS OS and office tools
- Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral
- A quick learner, willing to travel and work under pressure with self-motivation
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
