A massive earthquake measuring 8.0 Richter Scale jolted Wenchuan County of Southwest China's Sichuan province at 2:28 p.m. on May 12th, 2008. Over 1000 towns where 20 million people resided were seriously affected. Thousands of lives were taken and thousands of houses collapsed just in seconds.

For those who lost their home to rebuild their home and those children who lost their school to rebuild their school, all the employees of Waycom Technology donated RMB 41,600 altogether to the Red Cross Society of China.

 "I was totally shocked when I saw so many people buried under the collapsed buildings on TV and I wanted to do everything I could to help them," a staff said, "I'm very proud that all my colleagues have the same thought with me. We hope the victims can get over the disaster and start their new lives soon."
