In terms of Lesson Learn, each department collects typical cases from routine work at all times and organizes regular internal discussion to analyse collected cases. During discussion, experienced senior staff guides team to understand root cause of case, key point of case and approaches relative to problem solving or project implementation. In the meantime, WAYCOM executive department will supervise implementation throughout to ensure activity on time and effective. All accumulated experience will also be filed and shared in companywide. Furthermore, the performance of individual and department in Lesson Learn will be reference of each evaluation.
